Подправка кода Опции

Здравствуйте, имеется программа тест с базой данных. Скажите пожалуйста, как сделать, чтобы не только шли рандомно вопросы, но и ответы. А также, чтобы выводились баллы не 1 и 0, а в процентном соотношение.
